Extra drop-in session on Friday. First three 10 minute drawings.

Then a long pose (1 hour 30 minutes).

Phoenix - home stretch

Lots of tweaks I think but the surface is now covered with paint of the right colour.

One disappointment is that I'm still using too much mid-tone values.

Phoenix part 2.

Still loads to do on this. In particular I'm not happy with the tones which seem to be all middle. Given the empty window is solid black I need to lighten some tones. Lots of peeling paint still to paint to (if that makes sense).

Sculpture sketch

The usual model was not well this week so we had a stand-in for one week only. This is 2 hours from life. Quite small (maybe 4 inches high or so).
