Not sure if anything is improving but I know that not drawing will mean that things get worse. Early ones from this week were too simplified. The last one my scanner manager to change (not sure how).

Mixed bag
Slight changes in technique material (and still a dodgy scanner). Just trying to keep practice. First one from before Tuesday's life session. Couldn't find a pencil (that wasn't in a bag) so used a ballpoint pen. It worked really well though I must confess the pose is one of the simplest (and a favourite).
I like the next one as it was quite a complicated design and the chair added its own curves.
Couldn't get the man's hand right in the next though it is a more finished drawing that most of the ones I'm doing (managed to make a pretty woman ugly too).
A couple of pictures of people falling down (I though the poses were interesting and some interesting shapes/foreshortening).

Just shapes
Not much time this month. I haven't shared the previous scribbles but now there are getting more accurate. Some heavy handed shading though. I've also got mark or uneven lighting on the scanner.

Bank holiday monday
Still trying to get my eyes and hand to work properly after a month of keyboard playing and very little drawing. Started getting the hang of things this afternoon though I'd hoped to start a painting.
The next one was at a strange camera angle: the view from above her shoulder foreshortened the legs. I was going to skip it as even drawing it correctly would look wrong but then had a go as it is unlikely to be a position I get to in a life drawing session
Hands a little small on the last but overall my favourite as I think it shows three dimensions best.

Banned practice
.. or rather band practice so little time to practice drawing for the last 3 weeks. These were the scribbles today, I was relatively happy with the last (but it is a pose that crops up a lot).

Perseverance
Had real problems with a foreshortened pose in the life session tonight. First a few from Monday's practice. Coloured pencils and pencil.
After the life session I looked for references with long foreshortening towards the feet.
It is so much easier from photos.

Red queen
Still not sure these are going anywhere though I find if I don't draw every day I get rusty very quickly. Maybe I need to study more rather than just copy photos.
